Wholesale Sales Support Associate
Our client, an intimates apparel wholesaler located in Rosemead, is looking for a collaborative, positive, and precise Wholesale Sales Support Associate to assist their sales team. With the right talents & skills, there are clear opportunities for career growth!
*This is a contract to hire based opportunity but for the right person this could be direct hire!
- Creating and organizing available to sell reports using Excel
- Generating at-once reports using SAP
- Tracking, organizing, and sending samples to customers
- Maintaining and organizing sample showroom and storage closet
- Inputting sales orders
- Taking notes during meetings with customers
- Assisting with trade show preparation
- Reporting discrepancies and issues
- Performing other related duties as requested
- Have an AA or Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience working within Apparel a plus!
- Administrative assistant/general office experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (experience with V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables a plus!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including solid phone etiquette
- A quick learner who can work with new technologies as needed
- EXTREME attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Able to problem solve and sometimes work without supervision
- Comfortable in performing tasks outside general scope of duties
