Direct-Hire, Salaried Position
Location: Greenville, SC or Boca Raton, FL
Hybrid: Tue-Thur work in office; Mon and Fri WFH
Salary: $45-50K

This full-service advertising agency has just won a ton of new business are hiring the following positions:
2 Account Coordinators
2 Account Executives
2 Account Directors


The agency is 75% digital, 25% broadcast/direct mail.  Most of the team is located in Greenville, SC, but they do have an office in Boca Raton, FL.

The Junior Account Executive is an account services position within the organization. Account services is the face of the organization to client contacts. The primary function of every position within account services is providing excellent customer service to client contacts through day to day communication.

The Junior Account Executive is responsible for assisting the Account Executive or Sr. Account Executive with the day-to-day administration of digital marketing and advertising initiatives for Agency’s Automotive clients. This individual is instrumental in the development and implementation of new initiatives, and also assists in the development of marketing and advertising strategies, including gathering and analyzing information. The Jr. Account Executive will be in direct contact with Clients and internal support departments and will maintain these relationships on a daily basis. It is the objective of the Jr. Account Executive to secure our Clients’ confidence as a digital advertising professional who can support their digital marketing and advertising strategies and initiatives. In order to be successful in this role, the Jr. Account Executive must obtain a thorough understanding of our production process. The next logical career path progression is to an Account Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Work with Account Executive/Senior Account Executive on day-to-day strategy, reporting and standardized work
•    Execute standardized work
•    Adhere to all Agency policies and procedures for both agency and clients
•    Support other team members with their respective day to day duties as needed
•    Provide strategic input to the Account Executive
•    Assist with development of a production timeline for each creative production job, communicate deviations
•    Track and report weekly and monthly campaign performance, including: web and media unit analytics, search performance, social platform performance and traditional media when applicable
•    Secure proper approvals prior to implementing campaigns or taking action
•    Monitor and report competitive actions and/or initiatives
•    Set up, and participate in, weekly status calls/meetings as directed by AEs or SAEs
•    Manage manufacturer compliance and stay up to date on co-op and compliance guidelines
•    Review and be familiar with all contractual agreements with Clients, vendors and other partnerships
•    Assist with proofreading digital media, scripts, ad layouts, legal disclaimer and other items to ensure quality
•    Assist with the development of meeting content and writing presentations
•    Become the “market expert” for assigned markets and continuously monitor for competitive activity
•    Understand and assist with the launch process
•    Assist and/or develop/initiate Creative Production Requests
•    Develop meeting content and help write presentations, working with AEs, SAEs, SEM as necessary
•    Understand the Client’s business via Client visits with the AE(s) and provide written Dealer Contact Reports within 48 hours of the visit
•    Thoroughly understand the production process
•    Thoroughly understand legal/disclaimers and adhere to them with all work
•    Basic understanding of social media and creation of social calendars


SKILLS AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
•    Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience required
•    0-3 years’ experience in account management with automotive dealership experience preferred
•    Client focused with a strong sense of detail and urgency
•    Intermediate skills utilizing Microsoft Office products, Google Drive, and other third-party software packages
•    Proven communication proficiency, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization
•    Excellent multi-tasking, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
•    Google Analytics and AdWords Full Certifications active at all times
•    Understanding of digital media, Website Back-End Tools, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
•    Understanding of social media
•    Basic understanding of CRM system, SEO, SEM, feed issues, lead distribution, pricing rules, pricing templates, vendor selection, webmaster tools, website designs, website platforms, WordPress blogs
•    Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
•    Must be willing to move into Account Executive role
