Working at our full service  ad agency gives you that, the ability to work hand in hand with the creative department, and a hybrid work schedule to top it all off.  The Account Director (AD) works to identify and deliver on opportunities for programs and initiatives that have potential to drive results for our clients and is responsible for growth, development and performance of teams that handle the day-to-day administration of digital marketing and advertising initiatives for our Clients.    
 
You are responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing effective and profitable client relationships which result in continued new business and creative opportunities for the agency. You will manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts including understanding client needs and effectively driving projects, working with internal teams to meet client expectations, meeting all budget guidelines and service deliverables. You will lead, coach and develop an account executive and report into the Chief Client Officer.
 
Day-to-Day Duties:
+ Responsible for overall performance of the Account Services teams
+ Accountable for high-level relations with all clients, including overall client satisfaction and management of expectations, while ensuring the work is completed on strategy, on time and within budget. 
+ Thoroughly understand digital media, social media, Website Back-End Tools, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
+ Collaborate with VP and/or Director in hires, training, leading, developing and supporting ACs, AEs, SAEs in the development of marketing strategies and needs for our clients, assisting with employee development and retention.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience
+ 6+ years of experience in a marketing agency, leading a team
+ Digital, traditional required
+ Automotive Experience preferred
+ Client focused with a strong sense of detail and urgency
+ Results driven
