Account Executive:Client Overview:
Our client is an established women’s apparel company seeking a Specialty Account Executive to manage East Coast territory.
Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NJ, PA, DE, MD, NY
Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with buyers to create an impactful product assortment based on retail history and current market trends
- Nurture and develop new and existing relationships with customers as a representative of the brand
- Drive business by identifying reorder and replenishment opportunities
- Facilitate both road and showroom appointments to present seasonal product to each customer
- Attend local tradeshows – sign up, set up, set appointments, work appointments and breakdown
- Identify prospects and open new accounts as one way of fueling business growth
- Achieve both monthly and yearly sales goals by developing existing business and opening new
- Provide detailed product and retail feedback to management
- Team player in the management of showroom samples and tidiness
Account Executive Key Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook and Joor
- Proficient in Word and Powerpoint
- 3+ years of wholesale experience
- Strong existing relationships with East Coast specialty retailers
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Detailed planning and organizational skills
- Excellent financial and analytical skills
- Must work well in teams
