Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a driven, innovative, and experienced in Women Outerwear Sales Executive to develop their sales team to ensure continued growth and evolution of the brand. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plan maximizing revenue and margins .
  • Collaboratively with design develop line plans and product assortment and create seasonal business proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Partner with design to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives.
  • Selling and marketing product categories and promotional programs.
  • Interface with various levels of development and production teams.
Account Executive Key Qualifications:
  •  5+ years of experience leading a brand sales team, ideally in outerwear or swimwear space or the direct-to-consumer.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent · Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
  • Track record of deepening and evolving a brand.
  • Strong organizational, managerial, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Maturity and ability to work independently.
  • Must be driven and passionate about the brand.
  • Follow up with buyers and process orders.
  • Partner with design to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives.
  • High proficiency in Excel & Word
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. · Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  •  Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
