Account ExecutiveRole Overview:
Our client is seeking a driven, innovative, and experienced in Women Outerwear Sales Executive to develop their sales team to ensure continued growth and evolution of the brand. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plan maximizing revenue and margins .
- Collaboratively with design develop line plans and product assortment and create seasonal business proposals based on customer requirements.
- Partner with design to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives.
- Selling and marketing product categories and promotional programs.
- Interface with various levels of development and production teams.
- 5+ years of experience leading a brand sales team, ideally in outerwear or swimwear space or the direct-to-consumer.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent · Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
- Track record of deepening and evolving a brand.
- Strong organizational, managerial, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Maturity and ability to work independently.
- Must be driven and passionate about the brand.
- Follow up with buyers and process orders.
- Partner with design to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives.
- High proficiency in Excel & Word
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. · Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
