Job description

Our client, a large beauty brand, is looking for an eager, dynamic Account Manager to join their team!

In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Location-Onsite in Van Nuys
Salary-Up to $120K DOE

What You Will Do:
o    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
o    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
o    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
o    Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
o    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
o    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
o    Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
o    Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
o    Identify and pursue new markets and sales channels.
o    Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Who You Are:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the beauty and personal care industry.
•    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
•    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Willingness to travel as needed.
