ON SITE FULL TIME IN OC!!
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Support & Relationship Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Beauty & Wellness brand partners, ensuring world-class service and clear communication.
o Build and maintain strategic relationships to drive repeat business and strengthen client partnerships.
o Provide clients with regular project updates, timelines, and solutions to keep launches on track.
• Sales Support
o Partner with the Sales team to onboard new clients and support the full lifecycle of business development opportunities.
o Assist in preparing proposals, turnkey launch presentations, and market-ready product concepts for client review.
• Project Coordination
o Work cross-functionally with Project Management, R&D, Packaging, Logistics, and Production teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
o Monitor project progress proactively, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate as needed to ensure timely commercialization.
o Track key project milestones in line with The DPS’s four-pillar framework: Trend-Led Formulation, Primary Packaging Innovation, Soft Goods & Experiential Packaging, and Go-To-Market Ready Messaging.
• Operational Efficiency
o Facilitate smooth handoffs between Sales and Operations, ensuring all turnkey details and brand objectives are fully scoped.
o Continuously evaluate internal processes to recommend improvements for faster speed-to-market and enhanced client experience.
Qualifications:
• Required Industry Experience:
o MIN 3+ years of CPG or Beauty industry experience, turnkey product development expertise is considered a significant advantage.
o Strong understanding of product development cycles, including formulation, primary packaging, secondary packaging, and commercialization.
o Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, production, and marketing.
• Additional Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
o Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-profile launches simultaneously.
o Strong communication and presentation abilities for client-facing interactions. o Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and CRM tools.
