Job description

Our client, a well known Loungewear brand, is looking for a Mens Account Manager to join their team!

In this role you will be managing the Mens division, MUST have experience with Mens AND with major accounts.

This role is 5 days onsite in either Agoura Hills OR DTLA
Salary-Up to $105K DOE plus bonus-not a commission role!

What You Will Do:
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Develop Strategies and processes to improve productivity, top-line revenues and profitability across all key accounts.
•    Regularly communicate with clients/wholesale partners to understand their needs, drive growth and customer success, address concerns, and provide solutions.
•    Manage goals and growth for an array of customer from department stores, trade accounts, non-current independent boutiques and maintain wholesale partnership agreements to balance key business objectives with customer needs. 
•    Own order entry and order management responsibilities for the men’s channel.
•    Manage and participate key men’s trade shows. 
•    Provide insights into bottoms-up and top-down forecasting for all key accounts.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams including Product and Design to facilitate product development based on key individual account needs.
New Business Development:
•    Identify and target potential new accounts to expand market reach.
•    Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
•    Present our product offerings in a compelling manner to secure new partnerships.
Sales Strategy:
•    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
•    Work closely with the sales team to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
•    Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
Product Knowledge:
•    Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and industry developments.
•    Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and making recommendations based on their needs.
Sales Reporting:
•    Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
•    Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.

Who You Are:
•    Proven record of success in men's apparel sales or related industry.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
•    Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•    Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
•    Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or relevant experience managing large apparel wholesale accounts.
•    Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. 
•    Knowledge and implementation of the tools, methods and approaches that drive larger sales volume.
