Our client, a leading organization in the retail and consumer marketing space, is seeking an Account / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to bring large-scale retail and digital initiatives to life.
The Account / Project Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate campaign deliverables, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in project and account management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, timelines, and expectations
Plan, scope, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery
Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to manage workflow and approvals
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency
Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track
Support retail and omni-channel campaign execution, including in-store and digital activations
Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
4–6 years of experience in account or project management within marketing, retail, or agency environments
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
Strong communication, budgeting, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management tools and digital workflow platforms
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
