Our client, a brand development agency, is looking to add an Account Supervisor to their team for a FT permanent role. Hybrid schedule in the OC areaWhat we expect from our next Account supervisor:
• Manage and Mentor other account services team members
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Can formulate the implication of changes to budget and delivery timelines
• Stay current on all timelines, client briefings, launch dates & meeting times
• Handle daily communication to drive internal and external teams
• Experience with digital campaigns, website development, social and video content production
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and agency personnel
• Ensure communication clarity, internally and to the client
• Participate in the development of sound strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of client’s business to include but not limited to: competitive monitoring, industry knowledge, client objectives
• Prioritize simultaneous projects for self and team
• Track all categories of spending for projects and ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget for the purposes of annual budgeting efforts
• Work with production team developing budgets with a clear understanding of client needs
• 6-8 years experience at an Advertising Agency in Account Management
Traits and experience of ideal candidate:
• Project management experience
• Motorsports experience
• A keen attention to detail, project schedules, and budgetary restraints
• Familiarity with the digital media campaign process: gathering campaign materials, providing campaign projections, tracking performance, post campaign reporting and invoicing
• Understanding of digital media channels, analytics and best practices (paid, organic, social)
