Our client, a creative marketing agency, is seeking a freelance Account Supervisor.

  • Freelance - 1 day on-sit in LA

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Client Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your accounts to manage client feedback and proactively communicate the status of all projects internal and externally
  •  Have a working knowledge and ability to speak to your clients' KPIs/Business results
  • Know when to react to optimize results (pour on the gasoline) or mitigate issues
  • Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations
  • Manage the account financials, including estimate and invoice tracking, and details around media campaign forecasts and tracking spend Agency Responsibilities
  • Prioritize incoming work requests for your accounts and provide clear scope requirements for internal teams as part of the briefing process
  • Possess a strong POV on the work being developed for your client that will deliver on their primary business objectives + KPIs
  • Provide feedback on client presentations and coordinate the process with creative and strategy teams
  •  Monitor scope, identify and manage scope creep and opportunities for expansion across your accounts
  • Demonstrate and command presence with the internal team as well as the client
  • Ability to concisely and effectively communicate the agency's point of view as well as conversely sharing the client’s business goals with internal teams
  • Be an active listener (both internally and especially with clients), demonstrating real-time problem solving ? Be quick and decisive in decision making
  • Keep the team informed and inspired (i.e. de-briefings after big client meetings)

Traits and experience of ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of advertising agency experience with a special focus in paid social and digital media campaign management
  • A keen attention to detail, project schedules, and budgetary restraints
  • Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  •  Familiarity with the digital media campaign process: gathering campaign materials, providing campaign projections, tracking performance, post campaign reporting and invoicing
  •  Understanding of digital media channels and best practices (paid, organic, social)
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Full awareness of creative processes, comms planning, financial management, and media
