Title: Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing
The Account Supervisor will provide strategic leadership on a new account, focusing on influencer marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, client business needs, and the ability to drive integrated marketing strategies that leverage paid, owned, and earned media channels.
Location: Hybrid ( 3x in office -NYC)
Hours: 40 per week
Duration: 6-8+ weeks (high potential for extension or full-time)
Rate $40-48/hr

Overview
The Account Supervisor will play a critical role in translating client goals into strategic creative solutions that drive brand growth daily. This position requires a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and competitive landscapes to identify innovative opportunities aligned with market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with Associate Director to elevate client projects and AOR engagements, exceeding expectations and expanding scope.
- Create and implement innovative strategy, creative, production, and reporting best practices.
- Lead or support project kickoffs and briefings to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage timelines, deadlines, processes, and integration points for all projects.
- Proactively manage client and internal team expectations through education and communication.
- Deliver timely reports with strategic analysis in collaboration with activation teams.
- Identify opportunities for persuasive points of view on complex industry topics to facilitate innovation.
- Build strong day-to-day client relationships ensuring satisfaction, growth, retention, and exceptional experience.
- Support new client onboarding and convey relevant information to internal teams for success.
- Assist leadership with new business opportunities and proposal development.
- Manage account/project profitability including forecasting, reporting, and scope efficiency.
- Create a supportive work environment; provide coaching, performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development for team members.
- Participate actively in staffing discussions to meet team needs.
