Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite schedule)

Salary: $120,000-$150,000/year DOE
You will manage daily accounting operations while providing strategic oversight of financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory, and controls, working cross-functionally to support accuracy, compliance, and growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements
Manage cost accounting, inventory, COGS, and production variance analysis
Partner with operations and supply chain to monitor costs, margins, and working capital
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Manage cash flow forecasting and coordinate with auditors and tax partners
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
Drive process and system improvements to support growth
Mentor and develop accounting staff as the team expands
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management
Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting
Prior people management or mentoring experience
Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience required
