Job Description: Admin AssistantWe are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client’s technology team. As a key support member. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office space and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or facilities support role
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team-oriented individual with a positive demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under challenging deadlines
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Familiarity with iCal, Mail, Keynote, and other OS X based office systems is a plus
- Ordering and restocking office supplies to maintain an organized environment
- Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of task
- Managing multiple conference room calendars
- Providing daily onsite support
- Coordinating catering requests for meetings/events
- Onboarding new employees by providing necessary supplies/equipment/security compliance
- Creating and managing purchase requisitions/orders.
