As a growing brand, affiliate marketing is a key part of our growth strategy. Affiliate marketing is broken down into 4 key areas.
This role will work closely with the Head of Growth executing across all pillars of the affiliate marketing program.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and grow affiliate marketing program via Pepperjam and other platforms if applicable. Foster relationships with key affiliates.
Own relationships with key newsletters such as The Skimm and Morning Brew - negotiating agreements, measuring ongoing performance, and improving such
Expanding our affiliate relationships beyond our current partners- always aiming for efficient CPA's and brand/audience alignment. Including podcasts, media sites, and new channels/verticals
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports reflecting campaign progress and optimizations
Develop monthly newsletter content, copy, and creative to keep publishers up-to-date with new product launches and promotions
Leverage industry insight, creativity, and relationship-building to bring new opportunities to the table
Maintain cohesive messaging, landing pages, UTMs, and tracking across all affiliate placements.
Upholding brand integrity and reputation by ensuring codes are not abused.
Requirements:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have 3-5 years in the affiliate marketing space
You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Organized and process driven
You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
