Position Overview:
We are growing an e-commerce business on Amazon in Canada and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Amazon Business Manager to manage and optimize our Amazon operations with a focus on growth. This role requires working remotely during core business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings for SEO to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment services.
- Analyze sales data regularly to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with agencies to manage Amazon ads (PPC), promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate product launches, restocks, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proficiency with Helium 10 or similar Amazon tools.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian Amazon marketplace.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Canadian consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
- Background in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
