We are seeking an experienced Amazon Manager to join our team full-time within the dynamic skincare and self-care industry. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic and hands-on professional who will lead Amazon business operations across the US, UK, and EU4 markets, driving growth and operational excellence for a $25M+ brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Amazon operations including inventory forecasting, FBA and FBM workflows, and supply chain optimization to maintain healthy stock levels and cost efficiencies.
- Optimize and maintain high-converting product listings, A+ Content, and Amazon Brand Stores ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and execute robust Amazon advertising strategies, managing PPC budgets of $200K+ monthly, while continuously optimizing campaign performance based on data analytics.
- Drive sales growth through strategic market expansion, product launches, promotional campaigns, and competitive market analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, creative, and finance teams to align Amazon initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Provide insightful performance reporting and strategic recommendations directly to company leadership.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of proven success managing large-scale Amazon brands ($25M+), with strong command of Amazon Seller Central, FBA fulfillment, and international marketplaces.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms, content optimization, and tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Brand Analytics.
- An analytical thinker and proactive problem solver with the ability to balance strategic vision and on-the-ground execution.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to executives and cross-functional teams.

Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Amazon Operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee FBA and FBM inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely replenishment, and minimal stockouts.
- Optimize supply chain workflows to maintain strong in-stock rates and prevent excess inventory.
- Partner with operations and finance teams to improve COGS, logistics, and profitability (P&L experience).
- Content Optimization & Brand Management:
- Manage and enhance product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores for maximum conversion and SEO impact.
- Ensure all content meets Amazon compliance, brand standards, and category best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues to maintain listing health and customer experience.
- Advertising & Growth Strategy:
- Build and execute PPC campaigns with $200K+/month budgets.
- Analyze ad performance, optimize spend, and implement data-driven growth strategies.
- Develop and manage organic ranking strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Sales Growth & Market Expansion:
- Identify and execute opportunities for new product launches, promotions, and cross-border expansion (UK, CA, and beyond).
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of category shifts and industry trends.
- Develop sales forecasts and business growth roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of Amazon initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional projects and external partners to deliver brand and advertising objectives.
