Job Description:
• Responsible for the purchasing of fabric seasonally, both sample yardage for Design and Production.
• Responsible for all trim purchasing and trim orders for production.
• Maintain and perform raw material testing.
• Maintain production fabric and trim inventory to ensure raw materials are on hand for production cuttings.
• Manage excess fabric inventory accuracy.
• Manage the Pre-Production samples with contractors, analyze and approve PP to final photo sample, fit technical package and design pre-production hand off.
• Responsible for the process of ordering marking and grading with external companies, checking markers to PP Samples and passing to production.
• Verify yields for Production checking against pre-production and mini marker.
• Assist in Packing and shipping production
• Participate in related staff, team and/or task group meetings to ensure constant communication of key items.
