We are focused on growing our brand in foodservice, and the Assistant Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the Professional Products Division’s sales and marketing teams with advertising, market research, and sales collaterals. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for growing product marketing, expanding advertising reach, building brand awareness with foodservice professionals, and developing compelling marketing campaigns that translate into sales at a good ROI.

• Identify new marketing opportunities including social media, influencers, and foodservice media partners
• Become the expert in baking and beverage trends
• Manage advertising partners, timelines, and KPIs
• Assist with photo shoots, trade advertisement, sales brochures, and sales presentation development in line with brand tonality
• Collaborate with R&D and external chefs to create innovative product applications and recipes
• Collaborate on trade shows and events, including visual look, marketing emphasis, and marketing collaterals

Knowledge and Skills:
• B2B + B2C marketing experience in Foodservice or CPG industry
• Passion for dessert and beverage trends
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, innovations, tools, and technologies
• Project management and organization skills to manage timelines effectively with a high
degree of independence and resilience
• Strong attention to details and acute sense of aesthetics
• Ability to solve complex problems and proven experience generating original ideas
• Strong analytical skills in using data to make sound recommendations affecting business
decisions and results
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, social media channels

Work Experience:
• BA or BS required, marketing/business preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management, or product
• Experience at a Foodservice or CPG environment
• Culinary/Specialty Coffee experience a plus
• MBA Degree a plus
