Job Title: Assistant Site MerchandiserThe Assistant Site Merchandiser is responsible for upholding and enhancing the brand impression through curation. This role involves establishing guidelines and continually improving them to maintain a high level of quality. The Assistant Site Merchandiser will develop and lead divisional site strategies that align with preseason investment, product aesthetic, and brand impression to produce customer-first, beautiful site experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain guidelines for curating the site to uphold the brand impression.
- Develop divisional site strategies that align with investment plans, product aesthetic, and brand image.
- Owning the end-to-end site experience pipeline to ensure alignment with product-to-site integration, promotional messaging, pricing, marketing campaigns, and collaborations launch strategies.
- Create visually appealing merchandising experiences that drive optimal conversion rates (SOT) while maximizing customer engagement throughout the browse path.
- Analyze site analytics, customer engagement metrics, market trends, competitive insights, and brand product direction to optimize short-term performance and inform long-term strategies.
- Prior experience in online retail or e-commerce merchandising roles is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to curate a visually appealing shopping experience that drives conversions while maintaining a consistent brand image.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; ability to analyze data effectively for performance optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in the online retail industry.
