    • Job Description: Associate Brand Manager

      We are currently seeking candidates for the Associate Brand Manager at our client’s team.. As an ABM, you will play a crucial role in driving brand performance and success by executing key brand activities that align with the client’s sales and shared goals.

      Responsibilities:
      - Be a champion for the brand’s consumer: Utilize marketplace data and trends to develop a deeper understanding of our consumers' demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers.
      - Support the build of annual brand plans: Use brand, consumer, and marketplace data to create annual plans that generate optimal demand for the brand and ensure long-term brand health.
      - Execute flawless brand plans: Implement brand strategies to achieve sales and market share goals. Continuously monitor performance and optimize strategies in real-time.
      - Understand the retail environment: Identify opportunities to win at key customers/channels by maximizing results through effective trade and marketing spending.
      - Lead communication initiatives: Collaborate with the brand manager to develop and execute communication plans across various channels. Manage agency partnerships, strategy development, planning, execution, and results measurement.
      - Support packaging design: Assist in packaging design implementation for renovation, innovation, or quality improvements.
      - Manage day-to-day budgeting: Ensure strong attention to detail while actively pursuing savings and optimization opportunities.
      - Act as an advocate for the brand internally and externally: Present aspects of the brand plan to management teams, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.

      Requirements:
      - 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management or CPG Business Analytics/Sales or Category roles
      - Strong drive for results with leadership qualities
      - Excellent decision-making skills with strong analytical abilities
      - Effective communication skills
      - Strategic thinking ability
      - Self-motivation
      - Passion for consumer insights
      - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
      - Ability to lead others outside of Marketing function

      Qualifications:
      In addition to the requirements mentioned above, the ideal candidate will possess:
      - Experience leading marketing communication projects, including digital and media strategies
      - Proficiency in developing brand/product plans such as communication campaigns and commercialization strategies
      - Ability to identify consumer insights and translate them into product and marketing innovation
      - Deep understanding of key P&L drivers
      - Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and insight synthesis
