Job Title:

As an Associate Manager of Site Merchandising & Operations on the Digital Member Experience and Engagement Team you will play a critical role in bringing our client’s omni-marketing calendar to life. Your main responsibility will be managing the day-to-day site merchandising operations surrounding the client’s seasonal experiences, ensuring that we provide the very best shopping experience in online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bringing Member Experiences to Life:
- Overseeing all content, creative, and site merchandising operations processes.
- Developing wireframes and work orders for content and creative teams.
- Creating site categories, shelves, and experiences using CMS & merchandising tools.
- Managing the development process and driving projects to completion.

2. Site Merchandising:
- Ensuring seasonal items and cross-category solutions are findable and discoverable.
- Building shelves and optimizing items for accuracy and completeness.
- Understanding top search terms to boost items and optimize navigation.

3. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Partnering with Sr. Category Manager and Marketing teams to design compelling member experiences.
- Providing channel recommendations based on trends and customer insights.
- Leading execution of multiple campaigns and projects.

4. Digital Storytelling:
- Translating competitive insights into inspiring digital shopping experiences through homepage design,
navigation enhancements, taxonomy improvements, search optimization, etc.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Continuously analyzing data to monitor performance
Identifying actionable insights
Building reports to communicate key learnings/results with partners
Providing recommendations to improve effectiveness of plans and initiatives

6. Project Management & Operation Excellence:
- Managing multiple business plans and mid-sized site merchandising operations projects.
- Building and executing detailed project plans, setting milestones, defining success metrics.
- Ensuring projects launch on-time and accurately.
- Implementing and scaling processes, embedding operational excellence.

7. Collaboration:
- Acting as a Marketing & Site Merchandising subject matter expert.
- Partnering closely with Digital Experience, Site Merchandising/Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure
cross-category content and shop-ability features are optimized.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce operations, or related roles.
- Prior experience with Site Merchandising preferred.
- Proficiency in CMS and merchandising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and execution.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and quick learning capabilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
