Job Title: Associate Producer, Frameworks
Location: Remote- must live within 100 miles of Culver City, CA
Duration: 12 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $58.00-$63.00/hour
About the Role:
Our client’s Content Design Resources Team is seeking an Associate Producer to support our team in creating internal and public facing design guidance across services. This is a critical role supporting the creation of artwork resources, such as documentation and guides, for those who bring our Services to life.
We’re looking for an organized and highly collaborative individual to serve as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and alignment across multiple functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Senior Frameworks manager in providing technical consultation, design resources, and onboarding support to cross functional teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams, ensuring alignment and efficient problem-solving.
- Collaboratively plan and track the status of project milestones and manage deadlines for design resource changes and requirements throughout the project, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Proactively identify and document the specific needs of various teams to ensure onboarding materials are comprehensive, effective and easily accessible.
- Create and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation related to framework processes, onboarding guidelines, and launch support materials
- Identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the organization, storage, and accessibility of digital assets related to Content Design Resources, ensuring proper version control.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and timelines and communicate targets efficiently.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in project coordination, creative ops, or production management
- Deep understanding of the product development process — you’ve worked with UI, Content Designers, and Engineers before.
- Experience maintaining timelines, trackers, and version control.
- Familiar with project and asset management tools.
- Familiar with Sketch and Figma.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked on a product or digital platform launch.
- Understand the nuances of working with film studios, music labels, and branded content.
