Job Title: Associate Product Management Producer

Location: Cupertino, CA- Hybrid Schedule
Duration: 12 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $62.17-$67.17/hr

Role Overview:
The Services Product, Design, and Marketing studio is seeking an Associate Product Management Producer to assist our client’s team of Product Management Producers and Product Managers in creating groundbreaking experiences across TV, Music, Sports, Podcasts, and more. We are hiring an associate-level producer with excellent project management skills and sharp attention to detail to support the tracking, review, organization, and delivery of new features.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Associate Product Producer will work in close contact with Product Management Producers to:
• Groom and update the product roadmap and backlog
• Facilitate the request and coordination of leadership reviews
• Capture and distribute notes, including follow up on action items
• Streamline the tracking of projects from inception through to Engineering commitment, flagging issues to Producers
• Prepare and organize product-led forums, including project intake and briefings
• Track and communicate the status of projects and Product deliverables, including go-to-market
• Keep project management software updated as schedules and deliverables change
• Generate digestible status reports to leadership and partners
• Formalize process across the Product organization through documentation and implementation of best practices

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years as Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in tech, or working on digital entertainment products.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of user experience, product management, or creative operations.
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Wrike, Airtable, Jira, Asana).
• Has a knack for learning new tools and applying them to optimize team efficiency
• Familiarity with entertainment products and digital services, including an ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams, including Design, Engineering, and Business.
