The Opportunity: The Contract Marketing Operations Specialist will prioritize and manage multiple, fast-moving project schedules, approvals, workflow processes/procedures, guidelines/requirements, new campaigns, and strategy plans to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget, providing project status updates as needed.
What You Will Do:
• Maintain content files on marketing platforms, Salesforce Library, and internal server
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure campaigns, marketing projects are aligned: meeting kick-offs, timeline execution, enforcing brand guidelines and communicating all updates
• Execute the Legal Review Approval collateral/marketing submission process
• Handle marketing finances and participate in monthly financial meetings to support budget alignment
• Support in-depth research and data analysis with internal peers/external vendors to drive content creation
• Collaborate in the planning and creation of content with cross-functional teams, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience(s) to create & execute content that will drive traffic, engagement, and leads and retention. (including email, ads, landing pages, direct mail, blog posts, white papers, reports, infographics, social media, etc.).
• Support the Sales & Account Manager teams with Broker & Client loyalty efforts and provide them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with partners’ needs and interests
• Participate in Tradeshow events and support Events Manager in the execution and handling of booth management
The Experience You Will Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar degree
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing including lead generation
• Experience working with outside Marketing Agencies
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Marketo
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
