Join 24Seven, a leading Beauty Retail organisation - In a nutshell,  we collaborate with amazing beauty brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Isamaya, Giorgio Armani and Gisou and place temp staffing within their beauty counters across the UK! We are present in stores such as Selfridges, Sephora, Harrods and John Lewis and exciting news, we're expanding and seeking a Retail Field Representative to ensure smooth candidate check-ins and drive business growth! 

 

Position Overview:

You'll enhance recruitment and pursue business opportunities as a Retail Field Representative. Based in the Trafford centre, your focus includes welcoming candidates at stores like Selfridges Trafford, Sephora, John Lewis, Boots and developing business prospects. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a love for building connections. We supply staffing across counters and promotional activations, your role will be to oversee the smooth running of site set-up, candidate attendance and overall productivity management!

 

As a company, our volume of work is growing and have some amazing projects in the pipeline so this role will vary on days; Starting as 2-3 and will go up to 5 days a week

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the main contact for candidates checking in, ensuring a positive experience and managing expectations.

- Guide candidates through application and interview processes.

- Establish relationships with candidates, address inquiries, and meet their needs.

- Use various methods to find top talent, like job boards and social media.

- Review resumes to identify suitable candidates.

- Reach out to passive candidates for career opportunities.

- Identify and pursue new business partnerships, aiding revenue growth.

- Strengthen and maintain current relationships with store managers and brand managers

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or customer service.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational abilities.

- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred.

- Business development or sales experience is a bonus.

- Exceptional time management

- Use Excel at a intermediate level

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week

Schedule:

·                Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability preferred 

 

Experience:

·                Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

·                Driving Licence (preferred)
