Job Title: Brand Content Creator – Beauty & Fashion

Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Brand Content Creator with a passion for beauty or fashion to join our social media team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong aesthetic eye, and is eager to craft engaging content that resonates with modern audiences. You’ll help bring our brand’s voice to life across social platforms, collaborate with influencers and creators, and contribute to campaigns that drive engagement and community growth.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Develop and edit visually compelling content for TikTok, Instagram (photo & video), and YouTube Shorts with a strong focus on aesthetics and virality.

  • Own end-to-end ideation and production of social-first content that aligns with brand voice and trends.

  • Ensure content reflects the latest beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends while maintaining brand consistency.

Creator Collaboration

  • Support research, outreach, and management of brand collaborations with influencers and creators.

  • Assist in tracking contracts, deliverables, and creator performance metrics in partnership with senior team members.

Calendar & Project Management

  • Assist with day-to-day, monthly, and quarterly social media calendar planning.

  • Coordinate with Brand and Creative teams on briefs, asset timelines, and approvals using Asana or similar project management tools.

  • Publish content across social media channels and ensure scheduling aligns with strategy.

Social Execution & Insights

  • Help implement strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn based on platform trends, engagement data, and audience insights.

  • Stay current on beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industry trends and competitor activity to inform content planning.

  • Support weekly and monthly performance reporting.

Community Management

  • Own community moderation and engagement across platforms, fostering meaningful connections with followers.

  • Collaborate closely with the customer experience team to address questions and monitor feedback.

  • Track influencer and community mentions, manage gifting programs, and support contests or giveaways.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Mastery of Instagram and TikTok; familiarity with YouTube & YouTube Shorts.

  • Strong on-camera presence and content production skills, including video editing, photography, and real-time content creation.
