Location: Onsite in Orlando, FL Mon-Thur; WFH on Friday
Pay Rate: $32.17
Duration: 1/1/26 – 6/30/26 (possibility to extend or convert not guaranteed)
40 hours/week

Partner with the Senior Manager in the successful implementation of global and destination projects by leading brand assurance efforts to maintain global integrity of the portfolio and destination brands in all internal, guest-facing and third-party created communications as set by the Global Brand Strategy & Integration team. Assist Manager as the primary global point of contact for portfolio and destination brand standards enabling each destination to operate locally with consistent brand compliance principles, resources and expertise provided by the Brand Assurance team.

On a daily basis, you will be auditing design projects (signage, communications, promotions, etc) and making sure everything complies with the brand guidelines. You will be spend a lot of your day in Workfront. You must be 100% proficient in Workfront and have an eye for detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all internal compliance and creative project requests either via the project management system or directly with our vendors. Obtain IP Partner approval when required.
• Review third-party created communications in Workfront for brand assurance compliance. Ensure third-party creative is compliant with brand standards before it goes in-market. Audit third-party final files for compliance and notate compliance trends.
• Maintain and update Brand Portals and Global Brand Assurance reference materials.
• Partner with Software Assets Management team on securing, tracking and auditing all font licenses for accurate font governance.
• Perform Global Brand Assurance onboarding training sessions for new Team Members and assist the Senior Manager with periodic mass announcements of key Brand Assurance updates.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established company policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required. MBA beneficial but not required.

EXPERIENCE:
1+ years in brand standard guidelines auditing
3+ years in consumer brand marketing and/or brand strategy required w/ strong brand standards emphasis.
2+ years of experience in intellectual property and/or brand protection preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
