Brand General Manager – Health & Wellness Beverages

Are you ready to lead a bold, health-forward beverage brand that’s changing the way people drink, live, and connect? We’re looking for a fearless Brand General Manager to drive strategy, growth, and culture for a portfolio of functional, wellness-focused beverages.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand building, marketing, and business results—from product innovation and social campaigns to retail and e-commerce activation.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full brand strategy, positioning, and vision for a fast-growing wellness beverage portfolio.
- Lead product launches, flavor innovations, and functional beverage expansions that excite and engage consumers.
- Build integrated campaigns across social, influencer, digital, experiential, and retail channels.
- Translate consumer insights into fun, shareable storytelling that drives brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage the brand’s P&L, ensuring growth targets are met.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of brand, marketing, and operations professionals.
- Monitor wellness trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and ROI to balance creative brand-building with measurable business results.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

8+ years in brand marketing or management, with at least 5 years in beverage, wellness, or CPG.
- Proven success growing functional or health-focused beverage brands.
- Strong digital-first expertise: social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
- Experienced leader who inspires collaboration and high performance.
