Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Alpharetta (4 days/wk onsite, 1 day remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65-$70k

Our client is is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Brand Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Creative team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the client's product lines from conception to completion across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about branding, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Brand Identity: Define and communicate the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints, including product naming, positioning, advertising, marketing (website, emails, SMS, social media, videos), and campaigns.
•    Creative Collaboration: Develop and manage creative briefs, review incoming briefs and requests, and create and develop content with the Creative team that upholds our brand voice and values.
•    Brand Strategy: Continue to develop and uphold a comprehensive brand strategy and execution that aligns with the seasonality of the business across all customer-facing initiatives.
•    Performance Analysis: Manage brand measurement and translate findings into actionable strategy. Conduct thorough audience and market research, and demographic analysis to understand the preferences, needs, and behaviors of our target customers.
•    Data-Driven Decisions: Work with Marketing Analysts to understand performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall objectives and internal product launches.
•    Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant in the market.
•    Product Launches: Create and manage product line launch decks showcasing brand strategy, execution and performance to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience growing B2C consumer brands through the full brand lifecycle.
•    Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
•    Proven ability to connect brand and product marketing to measurable business outcomes.
•    Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful B2C brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
•    Experience working within digital marketing, social media, content marketing, applying best practices.
•    Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•    Extensive experience collaborating successfully with creative, digital, and product teams internally and externally, as well as agency and vendor management.
•    Strong skills in writing and editing content for marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
•    Experience utilizing various methodologies to understand consumers, identify opportunity areas, and drive cohesive experiences.
•    Retail or Ecommerce experience preferred
•    This is a 40 hour a week, ONSITE, full-time opportunity MUST BE ONSITE 4 days week near Avalon in Alpharetta Apply for this job
