Our client is a leading Media Agency in NYC, hiring a freelance Brand Strategy Supervisor. Prior experience working in a media agency environment is required.
Location: NYC (hybrid – 3 days in office/ 2 remote))
Rate: $40 – $45/hr
Duration: ASAP – April 2026 (this is a 40 hour work week, eligible for benefits)
Your role will involve guiding strategic initiatives to align client objectives with innovative media strategies that build brand growth. You’ll lead research efforts to uncover consumer insights, support senior leaders in crafting media plans and presentations, and collaborate with activation teams to refine future campaign tactics. Staying abreast of emerging media trends and sharing these insights will be key.
Management duties include mentoring junior staff, overseeing their collaboration with other departments, managing timelines, promoting a positive team atmosphere, and contributing to hiring processes. You’ll play a vital role in nurturing talent and setting goals to enhance team performance and professional development.
Relationship building is crucial as you’ll serve as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication of strategic direction. You will also proactively respond to client needs, lead regular updates and meetings, and work closely with investment teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
