Our client is a high-contemporary women's apparel brand.Client Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage internal VIP customer experience program
- Manage in-house stylist to ensure goals are being met
- Create a framework for in-house stylists and liaise with buying to ensure VIP stylists are aligning with seasonal strategies
- Work with Ecommerce Manager to build out and manage external VIP stylist program
- Develop and provide feedback on selling strategies
- Manage one CS associate on any escalations/ problems that need solving
- 4+ years VIP Styling experience preferable in a fashion ecommerce environment
- Must currently work or have worked with a contemporary brand
- Managing two people
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong commitment to delivery a best in class customer service experience
- Experience working with VIP/repeat customers and building relationships
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically excel
