One of our nonprofit clients focused on sustainable, generational community change through youth development, education, and mentorship is looking for a Communications Program Manager to join their team for an exciting full-time role.

This Communications Program Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering exceptional service and program components to the organization's members and volunteers.

The Communications Program Manager should be excited to play a key role supporting the organization's leadership team and mission, and executing on communications and project management responsibilities with a number of external stakeholders and members.


Ideal Communications Program Manager candidates will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- A collaborative mindset and approach
- An efficient and organized approach to managing projects
- Experience using programs such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and MailChimp
- 8+ years of work experience
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is mandatory


Job Responsibilities:
- As a Communications Program Manager, your most important role is to support the organization's members through their collegiate journey, offering personal and professional support through the development and management of the organization's seven program components.
- Develop trust, confidence, and a strong rapport with members, volunteers, and other community participants to ensure they feel personally supported, informed, appreciated, and engaged.
- Flawlessly execute and manage several of the organization's program components.
- Track, analyze, and communicate results via compelling reports and storytelling.
- Hold in-person or virtual check-ins with members where you'll look to understand how their semester is going, what new projects they're working on, and how you can help them thrive and elevate their community impact. You'll ensure that their relationship with their mentor is a value-add or identify relationship challenges that you can help manage. Your goal is to help the Scholars leverage and maximize the opportunities that this community provides.
- The collegiate journey can present many hurdles for the organization's members, so this role requires critical thinking and collaboration with members, volunteers, and internal team to help members develop critical problem-solving skills.
- Review resumes and cover letters for prestigious internships, recruiting speakers for the organization's annual events, developing content for a customized online learning library, and more.
- This role has varied responsibilities, provides a depth of experience, and requires many hats!


*Onsite only (Boulder, CO)
