Our client is building something special – a growing house of brands led by an entrepreneurial founder with a big vision and real momentum. We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager who can sit at the intersection of brand, business, and execution. This is not a corporate, siloed marketing role. This is a builder role.
You’ll partner directly with the Founder to take ideas from whiteboard to reality – unifying brands, driving creative initiatives forward, and making sure projects actually get done.
This position must sit in the DFW area and be open to 25% travel.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Partnering closely with the Founder to turn vision into action
- Driving cross-brand alignment across a growing portfolio
- Leading creative initiatives from concept to execution
- Coordinating brand assets (video, design, print, digital, campaigns)
- Collaborating with designers (UK & India) and a shared videographer
- Breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across teams
- Bringing lightweight structure to projects (without overcomplicating processes)
- Using tools like Google Workspace, Figma, and Canva to support execution
- Traveling periodically to connect with teams and support brand initiatives
Who You Are
- 5–10+ years of experience in creative operations, brand, project management, or entrepreneurial environments
- A strong creative eye — you don’t need to be a designer, but you know good design when you see it
- Comfortable operating in the gray and adapting when direction shifts
- Highly organized but not rigid
- Energized by building and scaling
- A natural collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excited to work closely with a founder and influence multiple brands
