Job description24 Seven is partnering with a creative agency to help them find a Creative Producer to join their team. This is a remote, part-time need, focused on project managing signage. This is a 7-8 month contract.
Ideal Candidate: will have a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience, ideally from a creative or digital agency with large clients/brands.
The Creative Producer is a Producer specializing in the support and implementation of creative deliverables that may be attached to a stand-alone project or incorporated into a larger program.
The Creative Producer manages the entire creative process – from budgeting, staffing, hours allocation, vendor management, work back schedules, client deliverables and meetings, internal meeting cadence, and review and approval process of all elements.
If the deliverables are part of a larger program, the Creative Producer will report any budget changes, weekly status updates, and escalate any issues to the Executive Producer. The Creative Producer will be client facing.
The Creative Producer understands the roles and unique responsibilities of all creative resources – Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, 3D Animators, 2D Designers, Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, Audio and Voiceover Editors, etc. The Creative Producer understands the process and workflow for all creative projects—including RFP deck creation, print and digital assets, media, and video elements, and how to take a design concept from first review to final deliverable. The Creative Producer will understand the revision and approval process to guide the client and the team to the final product.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience preferred and proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace (formerly known as G Suite)
