As a Creative, your primary responsibility will be to blend client objectives with creative insights, crafting impactful campaigns that engage and resonate with target audiences via social media influencer campaigns. 

  • Develop creative concepts that differentiate the brand and effectively communicate the client's message.
  • Generate innovative and strategic ideas for visual campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Determine the optimal media mix and platform allocation for maximum impact.
  • Provide clear guidance to design teams, ensuring that the creative execution aligns with the campaign's strategic vision.
  • Craft persuasive and compelling visual stories that connect with consumers on an emotional level.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to inform creative decisions and refine campaign strategies.
  • Create visually stunning presentations that effectively communicate the strategic rationale behind campaign concepts.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy or marketing/advertising, preferably in a visual-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) or other relevant design software/tools is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and visually through presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Design or related field.
  • Experience working directly with Fortune 500 brands is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends including emerging technologies in advertising/design.
