Our client is looking to bring on a fulltime Creative Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be hybrid, 3x days onsite.
Overview:
The Creative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff, workflow, reporting and quality assurance for an outsourced financial services client account. They assume accountability for training of the Phoenix and offshore teams as needed. Responsibilities range from initiation, planning, directing and managing project execution. The Supervisor works with the Global Operations Manager as their key direct report. The Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that all projects are effectively and efficiently executed while creating reports and scheduling staff for such projects and manages any/all software rollouts and handles culture and initiatives for team. This individual should be savvy at PPT/Word, as well as the entire InDesign/Adobe suite.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise creative operations for 10+ professionals
- Provide scheduled and as needed communication updates to Global Operations Manager
- Ability to propel jobs from initiation/conceptual phase to final delivery while following and promoting the process and brand itself
- Create and maintain operating procedures, identify effective avenues for consistency and provide recommendations
- Comfortable being hands on and able to assist the workflow coordinators and creative team when needed
- Proven ability to plan, organize and lead focused kickoff calls and status update meetings
- Schedule and lead meetings to present materials to clients and manage action items
- Conduct interviews, time tracking, scheduling, performance management, coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Proven experience building strong, cohesive, and high performing teams through effective motivation and coaching methods
- Ensure proper coverage to prevent disruption of service
- Frequent QA of team work
- Focus on priorities and objectives and adhere to target deadlines
- Coordinate roadmaps and plans across projects, programs, and teams to ensure coordination across the program
- Proactively identify and rectify potential issues during the project life cycle
- Partner with marketing, accounting, facilities, and other departments as needed
- Proactively identify and provide solutions to situations for the end client and our team.
- Have the ability to own additional projects and tasks while maintaining workload
- Resolve conflicts among competing priorities & resources to ensure delivery
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for expedited deadlines
- Manage change, evaluate risk, and assess potential impacts on project delivery
- Demonstrate maturity and professionalism when making difficult decisions, managing challenging situations and dealing with conflicting opinions internally/externally
- Self-motivated to learn, educate and promote emerging technologies on the team
- Provide clear verbal and written direction for all involved parties
- Regularly monitor and communicate project information to extended team and client
- Ensure that changing resource and project requirements are communicated to all members of the team and supporting departments, while noting all changes are documented and fully understood by all team members
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relatable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience managing technology resources including planning, scheduling, and prioritization
- Solid understanding of various interactive channels including responsive websites, mobile, banners, iPad applications and emails
- Expertise in quality assurance process, UAT, quality controls process and documentation
- Annual SOW creation and management including forecasting and resource management
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel/PPT and design programs
- Strong communication (written, verbal, & presentation) skills
- Bachelor's degree in area of business preferred
- Experience within a specific industry and industry-specific software is nice to have
