Job description
Our client, a world-famous luxury brand is looking to hire a CRM and Master Data Analyst.
This is a functional role, focused on managing the organizational consistency of data. The right candidate must have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, be familiar with using CRM as a central data source, providing support, and doing data extractions for various business units.
- They are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience working in large scale enterprise application role (CRM and Dynamics are both a must). Luxury retail industry experience would be very helpful.
- This position is located in Long Island City, working on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by date of hire.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Supply chain knowledge and business flow
Knowledge of data sharing standards such as XML is a plus
Functional knowledge of AX and D365 F&O is a plus
Demonstrate strong Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data.
Ability to create data workflows and process flow diagrams, business, or technical requirements
Query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with variety of databases
Understanding Database Structure and table relationship
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Issue investigation and resolution

MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s of Science Degree.
5+ years’ experience working in large scale enterprise application role, (Dynamics a plus)
