Salary: $65K-$70K + Performance & Sales Bonus with no cap.
Onsite, Full-Time

Must be okay with some night and weekend work

Our client is looking for a polished and service-minded VIP Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about excellence, driven by quality, and committed to creating unforgettable client experiences. This is not a basic support role — it’s a high-touch, client-facing position built for someone who understands that great service is a key part of a premium brand experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service in every client interaction across phone, email, and chat
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience
  • Approach service with curiosity and care, taking ownership of customer concerns and finding thoughtful, effective solutions
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when working with high-value clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met quickly and accurately
  • Track inquiries, feedback, and trends to help inform continuous improvements in the service experience
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and process updates to ensure accurate and confident communication

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury, high-touch service, or premium retail environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer service platforms a plus
  • Ability to remain composed and thoughtful under pressure
  • Passion for delivering service that goes above and beyond expectations
  • Multilingual : Spanish and/or Portuguese
