Job Discipline: Data Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our entertainment client. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting their administrative functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Location: NYC Hybrid(1-2 days a week)
Rate: $28-35/hr
Duration: ASAP - until end of year
Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
2. Data Management: Organize and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and implement data collection and management processes to streamline operations.
3. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management. Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient data-driven solutions.
5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis methodologies, processes, and results.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide support in data-driven decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in data analysis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an administrative or operational role.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
