24 Seven is partnering with their top global sportswear client to find a DEI Program Specialist to join their team in Portland, OR for this hybrid role. This is a 6 month contract, with potential to extend or turn into a full-time position. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay. 

Ideal Candidate: prior knowledge in D&I, project management, client management and event planning.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Program Specialist for our Strategic Partnerships & Employee Networks function within our DEI team.

As our Program Specialist, we will embed you deeply in our DEI and representation strategies.

We need someone who is passionate about amplifying DEI initiatives with a deep understanding of program and client management. This role will serve as a support with high execution, prioritization, and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge in D&I, project management, client management and event planning.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the operational and engagement strategy as it relates to employee resource teams. You will work directly with leaders and strategic internal partners in ensuring that this community is supported by the DEI operating model.

You will manage data tracking, coordinate and schedule key annual meetings, support talent requests and support event logistics for strategic internal and external moments throughout the year.

To best understand business priorities and needs and incorporate other points of view, you will build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with DEI Partnerships and Events team, as well as our DEI Leadership and Focus Development.
