Our client is looking for a full time Demand Planning Analyst to join their team.

Full time / direct hire
Hybrid in Santa Ana. Currently onsite (8-5) Tuesday and Thursday with the potential to increase to 3 days onsite each week.

Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Demand Planning Analyst. This role provides direct inputs and analysis of demand data to management and finance. An ideal candidate will have experience with ERP System, data analysis and solid knowledge of supply chain, accounting, and finance. Organized, detail oriented, responsible for cleaning and connecting data from several sources into manageable data points to support sales, operations, and demand planning

Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports to support short- and long-term business and operations planning
Provide data/reports for weekly business review
Analyze and tracks COGS changes
Monitoring item set-up and maintenance of Bills of Materials
On-going analysis and process improvement suggestions
Supports other functions with demand planning analytical support (Ops, Finance, Sales)
Collaborate with supply chain on maximization of factory and warehouse capacities
Creating and maintaining a project report containing all current projects/inventory status including participating in Inventory/Supply chain review meetings and any other meetings related to this position

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of work experience including business analysis, project management, application support
Solid knowledge of accounting and related financial issues with exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities
Strong understanding of the end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning processes
Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review
Highly proficient in MS Office package (specifically Excel)
Experience with Apprise (or equivalent ERP system) is preferred
Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data, including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detail
Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
