Job description

24 Seven is partnering with a nation insurance to help them find a Performance Engineer to join their team. This is a 3-month contract to hire role. This person is allowed to be 100% remote but must work MST hours.

At this time 24Seven cannot provide sponsorship nor can we work Corp to Corp for this assignment

Job Details:

The Release Manager is a critical role that owns the Release Management lifecycle. This includes procedures, process improvements, scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios.  The Release Manager Job function works collaboratively with all participants in software development projects and is supportive of developers and testers as they set up their build dev/test environments. This position also works with IT management to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments.

Qualification:
  • 4 years Experience in release and/or project management
  • 3 years Experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development preferred
  • 3 years Experience in TFS and/or Azure DevOps administration
  • 4 years Experience working hands-on with all aspects of the SDLC and/or Agile Framework
  • 4 years Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of IT-specific project practices including SDLC and/or AGILE
  • Advanced interpersonal, written, oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Demonstrated vision in problem solving to support independent and effective decisions
  • Change Management process and policies
