Job description
Location: Washington St, New York 10014Salary: $56,160 - $70,720 annually
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor and assist clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policy (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc) through personalized consults and follow up.
- Be sales-driven and a key contributor to company growth by managing your lead pipeline and nurturing and developing leads
- Join a team of high-performing luxury sales professionals committed to offering first-in-class service remotely and in the showroom
- Work collaboratively with other showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects
- Collaborate with marketing and product team on product launches, trend and product feedback, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting
Requirements:
- E-commerce/direct-to-consumer and/or jewelry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
- Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills
- Compassionate, positive, technologically savvy, patient, people-person
- Lives in the New York City area & Available weekends
