We’re looking for an Integrated Planning and Asset Manager to oversee the creation, organization, and distribution of creative assets across multiple brands and global partners. This role bridges creative, production, and operations — ensuring all assets are on-brand, rights-cleared, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, excellent project management skills, and experience supporting kids or preschool-focused content. You should be comfortable managing large volumes of files, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and working hands-on in design tools like Photoshop and Keynote.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the development and delivery of creative assets including animation, photography, logos, branding guides, and video.
  • Oversee secure file sharing systems, asset libraries, and digital platforms — ensuring organization, quality, and compliance.
  • Support creative needs by editing or designing materials in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Keynote.
  • Maintain clear documentation for asset approvals, timelines, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with partners and freelancers to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in production, post-production, graphic design, or asset management within entertainment, media, or consumer products.
  • Experience working with children’s or family-oriented brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of file types and asset systems (familiarity with animation formats a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
