24 Seven is partnering with a luxury goods retailer to help them find a Digital Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with benefits, working 5-days onsite at their Eugene, OR location.  

Ideal Candidate: will have 4-6 years of graphic design experience and is well-versed in digital with some print experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. 

Overview:
We are seeking a designer who can elevate the visual identity across digital platforms. This role offers a chance to make an impact on a prestigious brand, allowing you to highlight your creativity and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
Digital Design Execution:
  • Create compelling and visually appealing digital assets including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, digital advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and guidelines, maintaining consistency across various platforms.
UI/UX Design Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance user experience through intuitive and visually engaging designs for our website and digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Design and produce engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) that resonates with our audience and drives brand engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and promotional materials.
Photography and Image Editing:
  • Assist with product photography and photo editing as needed to maintain high-quality visual standards across digital channels.
  • Retouch and manipulate images to ensure they meet branding and marketing requirements.
Brand Consistency:
  • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital design processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective digital design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team environment.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and storytelling through visuals.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of e-commerce design principles.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
  • Familiarity with photography and photo editing software.
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, or luxury goods.
