Job Overview

The Digital Product Manager will assist in managing the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, supporting feature development and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with foundational experience in product management and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of digital product initiatives within an agile/scrum framework

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and marketing to define requirements and deliver product enhancements

  • Analyze user data and insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions

  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate ideas and optimize performance

  • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and product documentation

  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders at all levels

  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs and performance across digital platforms

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital product management or agile/scrum environments

  • Experience working with agile software development methodologies

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and agile project management tools (Jira, Miro)

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience conducting experimentation and A/B testing

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
