Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the digital pipeline by collaborating across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the website, driving revenue growth and a best-in-class user experience
• Identify issues and opportunities through analytics, screen recordings, customer feedback and user testing
• Help build the digital roadmap strategy under the direction of the VP of Ecommerce, and in collaboration with other key stakeholders
• Define functional scope of new projects and translate requirements into user stories and associated acceptance criteria
• Project manage all site improvements and ensure projects are proceeding according to schedule and budget, and meeting functional and design specifications
• Monitor and analyze site health KPIs including desktop and mobile conversion rate, site speed and bounce rate
• Hypothesize and launch A/B tests to drive revenue per visitor growth
• Manage development agency and ensure optimal use of resources
• Maintain sandbox environment for testing
• QA and troubleshoot issues and new site functionality
• Evaluate, install, and configure apps • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience managing website development projects and A/B testing
• Ecommerce and Shopify Plus experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with cross-functional partners
• Strong familiarity with ecommerce KPIs and user experience best practices
• Passion for innovation in digital experiences and emerging technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Proven track record in prioritizing competing projects
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision
