Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Production Designer to join our creative marketing team on a freelance to perm basis. In this role, you will oversee the seamless production and quality assurance of digital advertising materials, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines and technical standards. Working collaboratively with marketing teams and external partners, you will help deliver compelling digital campaigns that drive engagement and support overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production workflows for a variety of digital advertising assets including display banners, social media creatives, video content, email graphics, and web landing pages.
  • Review all incoming creative materials for compliance with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Communicate clearly with creative teams, advertisers, and vendors to resolve issues and facilitate timely campaign launches.
  • Maintain organized records of asset approvals, revisions, and delivery schedules across multiple active campaigns.
  • Support coordination of physical collateral production where applicable, aligning print elements with digital campaign efforts.
  • Ensure assets adhere to quality standards at a granular level, including pixel-perfect visuals and proper formatting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in digital marketing production, creative operations, or related fields.
  • Strong familiarity with digital media formats and platforms, including programmatic advertising and social media channels.
  • Experience working within fast-paced marketing environments, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of digital accessibility best practices and user experience principles.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: NYC (onsite 2x per week)
