A Los Angeles-based lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and play a key role in coordinating logistics, inventory, and vendor communication to support seamless production and fulfillment.
The Operations Coordinator supports end-to-end operational processes—from purchase order management and vendor coordination to warehouse logistics and inventory accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for operational excellence in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Create, upload, and manage all purchase orders and allocations across vendors, warehouses, and retail channels
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, freight quotes, and warehouse receiving appointments
• Audit POs, shipments, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain communication with vendors and production teams regarding schedules, balances, and delivery timelines
• Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and monthly reconciliations across retail and warehouse locations
• Manage wholesale orders, routing guides, and shipping documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, E-Commerce, Retail, and Finance to align on product readiness and launch timelines
• Assist with operational reporting, SOP updates, and process improvements
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or production (fashion or retail preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and inventory systems (ShipHero, Shopify, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong vendor management experience
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to problem-solve quickly
• Passion for operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
